| 职位描述： |
1、 To work with Global Procurement team members worldwide
to support Asian sourcing initiatives
2、 To develop an Asian supply base for assigned commodities
be responsible for supplier ion, evaluation,
qualification continuous improvement
3、 To identify mitigate potential risks such as Quality,
Delivery Service etc. in supply chain to ensure continuity
of supply for internal clients
4、 To maintain long-term relationships with senior management
of strategic suppliers conduct regular performance reviews
with supplier management
5、 To be responsible for supply contract negotiation implementation
6、 To work with the Technical & Quality team the Logistics team
to ensure suppliers meet quality delivery requirements
7、 To coach develop Sourcing Engineers in the team

| 任职要求： |
1、Bachelor majored in mechanical engineering, Master Degree preferably
2、10 years working experience in multi. national companies
including 5 years of purchasing sourcing management in
the machinery manufacturing industry
3、Engineering background with good understing of
the machinery manufacturing process
4、Knowledge of forging, welding machining commodities.
5、Strong ability to analyze impact of changes in price,
availability continuity of supply
6、Excellent verbal, written interpersonal communication skills
7、Mature loyal to the company
8、Qualification of CPM is preferred
9、Fluent English in both spoken written.
10、Good Microsoft Office skills knowledge in
IT system for purchasing
